Product 667 232 Satelline 3AS

The Satelline 3AS radio data modem consist of a synthesized 450 MHz tranciever and a modem board housed in a compact aluminium enclosure. The modem has an RS-232 interface which provides the flexibility to connect it to a wide variety of data networks and terminal equipment.

The Satelline 3AS is a radio modem which can be used by RTK-GPS applications with system 500. By using a radio modem for the data-link between reference and rover, baselines can be measured up to 7 km when you have an open area. For longer distances repeaters are available. Or, for the meusurements of longer baselines of measurement in an urban area it is better to use GSM communication instead of radio.
